If you signed up using your account with a third party as a Payment Method(ex: iTunes) and wish to receive a refund for the payment charged towards the subscription, you may need to do so through such a third party.
Any direct payments(through Credit card, Debit card or PayPal) can be refunded provided they comply with our refund policy(section 9.7).

For payment made through PayPal, please share the Email ID used for PayPal.
For payment made through a Credit Card, please share:
-the last 4 digits on the card
-the amount paid
-the date of payment
